My client, a leading Global technology organisation, is seeking an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team on a fixed term contract to March 2018 however will be offered an extension.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role will involve managing a broad range of support calls from internal employees via phone and email covering PC, software and client IT environment.
Project work as required covering PC deployment & telephony support.

Paying up to £30K + travel.
