Rewarding Your Support

We fully believe in rewarding those individuals who support us whether that is recommending a great candidate for one of our open vacancies or connecting us with a hiring manager where we go on to fill a vacancy. We regularly get recommended to friends, family and colleagues so this scheme has been put in place to show our gratitude.

 

Candidate Referral Scheme

The scheme is simple. Refer a candidate for one of our open vacancies and should they get placed and complete their probation period, then you will be entitled to a reward as below. What a great way to help your friends, family and colleagues and get rewarded into the bargain!

 

Client Referral Scheme 

The scheme again is simple. Introduce us to a new Client and should we successfully place a candidate with them within six months of the introduction and that meets our qualifying terms, then you will be entitled to a reward as below. Should the new Client hire more that one candidate you will be entitled to a reward for each additional placement for up to the period of 12 months from the initial introduction. So introduce us to a new Client and should they hire four candidates in the 12 month period, then you will be entitled to £1000 vouchers or the relevant alternative reward as listed below. Not bad for giving us the heads up!

 

The Rewards

Our scheme offers you the choice of one of the three following options:

  • £250 Vouchers Reward + we plant a tree in your honour!

    – choose a gift voucher from one of the following well known retailers – M&S, Waitrose or Amazon.

  • Plant 500m2 of Woodlands

    – We will instruct the National Trust to plant 500m2 of woodland for your kind introduction. What an amazing way to help save the planet!

  • £250 Off your next Placement 

    – If you are a Client and you recommend us to another Client where we are successful in making a placement, then we will offer you a rebate of £250 per placement (for the first 12 months) off your next placement.

Please note that the reward vouchers are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Award vouchers will be delivered to your chosen address by recorded delivery. Should the award vouchers be lost or stolen then no replacements or alternatives will be provided.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

 

How do I register for the Referral Scheme or submit a Referral?

– Contact John Adams on john@careerz.co.uk or 07881 623119 to express your interest and to introduce your Referred Client or Referred Candidate. If the referral meets the terms and conditions then we will register it by confirming back to you in an email to formalise things. It is as straightforward as that!

 

When do I receive the Referral Reward?

– For both Candidate and Client Referrals you will receive the Referral Reward after the Candidate has completed their 12 week probation period and when we have been paid by the Client.

 

How will I know if my Referral has worked out?

– In the  case of a Client Referral OR Candidate Referral we will make sure that the relevant information is recorded on our system so that when we have successfully placed someone then you will be contacted immediately to thank you for your help and let you know when you should expect your reward.

 

Is there a cash alternative to the £250 Voucher Reward?

– Unfortunately not. For a number of reasons offering vouchers is the most straight forward option for both parties.

 

Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

 

Candidate Referral Scheme

The Candidate Referral Scheme is subject to the conditions listed below. If these conditions are not met it may impact the reward offered to the Referrer.

  • For the purposes of this Candidate Referral Scheme a Referred Candidates is a candidate that has been referred to Careerz Limited by another party, the Referrer. The Referrer must be an individual and not acting as an Agency or similar entity.
  • The Referred Candidate must be someone that is not already known or registered with Careerz or where we have not made contact with them for over 12 months.
  • The Referrer must present and register the Referred Candidate with Careerz Limited via email or by phone and the formal introduction confirmed as accepted onto the Referral Scheme in writing via email. No claim will be valid without such confirmation.
  • The Referrer must agree to these terms and conditions in order to be eligible for the reward. Through submitting your Candidate Referral it is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • In the event that a Referred Candidate is presented by two different Referrers then the Referrer who has presented them first will qualify for the reward on the basis they meet the other qualifying criteria.
  • The Referred Candidate must commence employment with the Client within 6 months of being presented to Careerz Limited.
  • The Referred Candidate must successfully complete their three-month probation period with the Client and the Client must also have paid the associated invoice.
  • The reward will be processed after completion of the three-month probation period and payment of the invoice by the Client.
  • Referred Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
  • In the instance where there is any dispute regarding the award then Careerz Limited will have final decision.
  • Careerz Limited are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from entering the Candidate Referral Scheme.
  • The Referrer will be responsible for any tax or HMRC liability arising from the Candidate Referral award.
  • You cannot enter the Candidate Referral scheme by referring yourself or another Hiring Manager within the same company.
  • Careerz Limited retain the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel this Candidate Referral Scheme without any written notice.

 

Client Referral Scheme

The Client Referral Scheme is subject to the conditions listed below. If these conditions are not met it may impact the reward offered to the Referrer.

  • For the purposes of this Client Referral Scheme a Referred Client is a new client that has been referred to Careerz Limited by another party, the Referrer. The Referrer must be an individual and not acting as an Agency or similar entity.
  • The Referred Client must be someone that is not already an existing client of Careerz Limited or where we have made a placement with them in the period of 18 months prior to the introduction.
  • The Referrer must present and register the Referred Client with Careerz Limited via email or by phone and the formal introduction confirmed as accepted onto the Referral Scheme in writing via email. No claim will be valid without such confirmation.
  • A Referred Client is considered valid when the Referred Client mentions the Referrer when contacting us to instruct us of a new vacancy OR the Referrer presents us with the details of the Referred Client and facilitates the introduction.
  • The Referrer must agree to these terms and conditions in order to be eligible for the reward. Through submitting your Client Referral it is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  • In the event that a Referred Client is presented by two different Referrers then the Referrer who has presented them first will qualify for the reward on the basis they meet the other qualifying criteria.
  • The Referred Client must hire one of our candidates within a period of 6 months of being presented to Careerz Limited.
  • The Referred Client must employee one of our candidates for a minimum period of 3 months and have paid the associated invoice.
  • The reward will be processed after the candidate has completed 3 months employment and the Client has paid the associated invoice.
  • Should the Referred Client hire more that one candidate you will be entitled a reward for each additional placement for up to the period of 12 months from the initial introduction.
  • In the instance where there is any dispute regarding the award then Careerz Limited will have final decision.
  • Careerz Limited are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from entering the Client Referral Scheme.
  • The Referrer will be responsible for any tax or HMRC liability arising from the Client Referral award.
  • You cannot enter the Client Referral Scheme by referring yourself.
  • Careerz Limited retain the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel the Client Referral Scheme without any written notice.

 

The above Candidate and Client Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and so any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
